These terms apply to every order placed through this site. By placing an order you accept them. VitaLab Limited is registered in England and Wales.

VitaLab products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, or have a diagnosed condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not stop taking prescribed medication without medical advice.

You must be 18 or over to order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we cannot deliver to your address — and will refund you in full.

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch and you can proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose until cancelled. You are charged for each delivery as it ships, and can skip, reschedule, pause or cancel at any time using the link in your order confirmation emails. See the Cancellations Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping Information.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Reviews reflect individual experience and are not a guarantee of results. By submitting content you grant us a licence to display it. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
