Every active, and how much.

Seven ingredients, each named on the pack with its exact amount and its exact form. No proprietary blends, nothing hidden behind the word complex.

Levagen+® PEA — 200 mg

Palmitoylethanolamide is a fatty acid amide the body produces naturally. It's also present in foods such as eggs and soy.

Levagen+® is a branded form that pairs PEA with LipiSperse®, a patented delivery system. Standard PEA disperses poorly in water, so much of it is never absorbed. In pharmacokinetic testing, Levagen+® reached 1.75× the plasma concentration of a standard formulation, peaking at around 45 minutes.

Linseed oil — 200 mg

Cold-pressed and heat-treated, standardised to 35–65% alpha-linolenic acid. It's a source of ALA omega-3, and it forms the oil phase of the capsule — the medium that carries the fat-soluble actives.

The B vitamins

These are the only ingredients in the formula with authorised nutrition claims on the GB register. What they are permitted to say is set out below, and we don't stretch it further.

Vitamin B3 — 8 mg, as niacinamide

Contributes to normal nervous system function, to normal psychological function, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Niacinamide is the non-flushing form.

Vitamin B6 — 5 mg, as pyridoxine hydrochloride

Contributes to normal nervous system function, to normal psychological function, to the regulation of hormonal activity, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B12 — 1.106 µg, as cyanocobalamin

Contributes to normal nervous system function, to normal psychological function, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Coenzyme Q10 — 5 mg

Ubiquinone, the form found naturally in the body. It's fat-soluble, so it's carried in the oil phase of the capsule and released gradually with the micropellets.

Damask rose oil — 0.1 mg

Steam-distilled from Rosa damascena petals and included in the oil phase. It's one of the costliest botanicals by weight, which is why it appears at this level.

What isn't in it

No magnesium and no riboflavin — deliberately. The formula is built around a different active, and those two happen to be behind the most common reasons people abandon a daily routine: stomach upset from magnesium, and bright yellow urine from riboflavin.

Also free from gluten, dairy, soy and nuts. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How it's delivered

Oil-based and powdered nutrients don't normally sit together in one capsule. Migralief holds two layers of micropellets suspended in an oil base, released in sequence across roughly eight hours — which is how seven actives fit into a single daily capsule rather than the three or four most formulas need.

A note on claims

Only the B vitamins in this formula carry authorised nutrition claims. PEA, coenzyme Q10, linseed oil and Damask rose oil are listed as ingredients, with their amounts and forms stated, and no health claim is made for them.
