1. Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom from this store. Migralief is also stocked in pharmacies and sold through other channels.

2. Handling time

Orders are processed within 0 to 1 working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (UK time) are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery times and costs

4. Carrier

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships we will email a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel.

6. If something goes wrong

Parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived

Check with neighbours and any safe places, then wait 24 hours — Royal Mail sometimes marks items as delivered slightly early. If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we will resolve it.

Order arrived damaged or incorrect

Email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, and provide a prepaid return label where needed.
