What is Migralief?
A daily food supplement built around Levagen+® PEA, alongside linseed oil, B vitamins, coenzyme Q10 and Damask rose oil. One capsule daily.
It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Who is it for?
Adults wanting daily nutritional support for the nervous system and energy metabolism. The B vitamins carry authorised claims relating to normal nervous system function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
If you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, or take prescription medication, consult your doctor first.
What exactly is in it?
Seven actives, each named on the pack with its exact amount and form:
- Levagen+® (palmitoylethanolamide) — 200 mg
- Linseed oil (35–65% ALA, heat-treated) — 200 mg
- Vitamin B3 (as niacinamide) — 8 mg
- Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) — 5 mg
- Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) — 5 mg
- Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) — 1.106 µg
- Damask rose oil (Rosa damascena) — 0.1 mg
No proprietary blends. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
What is PEA, and what is Levagen+®?
Palmitoylethanolamide is a fatty acid amide the body produces naturally, also found in foods such as eggs and soy.
Levagen+® pairs PEA with LipiSperse®, a patented delivery system. In pharmacokinetic testing it reached 1.75× the plasma concentration of a standard PEA formulation, peaking at around 45 minutes.
Why is there no magnesium or riboflavin?
Deliberate. The formula is built around a different active. It also means the two most common reasons people abandon a daily routine — stomach upset from magnesium, and bright yellow urine from riboflavin — are not in the capsule.
Why only one capsule?
The capsule holds two layers of micropellets suspended in an oil base, which is how oil-soluble and powdered nutrients are delivered together in a single dose. Most formulas split the same job across three or four capsules a day.
How do I take it?
One capsule daily with food, at roughly the same time each day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
How long before I notice anything?
Migralief is designed for continuous daily use. These nutrients work on consistent intake rather than any single dose, so we suggest giving it 8 to 12 weeks. The 60-day money-back guarantee covers that period. Individual responses vary.
What if I miss a day?
One or two missed days will not undo your progress, but consistency matters. Take the next dose as normal the following day. Do not double up.
Are there side effects?
Migralief uses ingredients with established safety profiles at the doses provided, and most people tolerate it well. Individual reactions vary. If you experience any unexpected effects, stop taking it and consult your doctor.
Can I take it with medication?
If you take prescription medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting Migralief or any food supplement. Do not stop taking prescribed medication without medical advice.
Pregnant or breastfeeding?
Consult your doctor or midwife before taking Migralief or any other food supplement.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose and no ingredient is animal-derived. Migralief is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and free from gluten, dairy, soy and nuts.
How should I store it?
Below 25°C, in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date on the pack.
Where is Migralief made?
