Delivery Time and Shipping Charges

UK Shipping (via Royal Mail)

  • Royal Mail 48 (Standard): 2–3 working days — £2.99

  • Royal Mail 24 (Next Day): Next working day — £5.99

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all UK orders over £40

  • Subscribe & Save customers: Always receive free UK standard shipping

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping.

  • Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier charges, and order weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s delivery progress.

2. Common Issues

Order delays
If your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

Incorrect address

  • If your order is still processing, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us immediately at enquiries@vitalab.uk.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Order not received
If your order has not arrived, please:

  • Check your confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.

  • Contact your local post office.

  • Check with neighbours in case the courier delivered nearby.

If the address was correct and your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at enquiries@vitalab.uk with your order number.

If the delivery address provided was incorrect, we can resend your order, but you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Important notes

  • Unclaimed packages returned to us will require reshipment at your expense.

  • We recommend providing a secure delivery address (such as your home or workplace) to avoid lost or stolen parcels.

3. Customs and International Deliveries

International shipments may be subject to additional charges:

  • Duties and Taxes: Determined by your country’s customs authority.

  • Brokerage Fees: May be charged by carriers or agents for customs clearance.

  • Ancillary Fees: Additional charges such as storage fees, expedited clearance fees, or documentation corrections.

If customs requires further information (such as a commercial invoice), you can download this from your account order history or contact us for assistance.

If a shipment is refused and returned to us, you will be responsible for all associated import taxes and return shipping costs.

  • We reserve the right not to process or ship any order at our discretion.

  • We do not ship to multiple addresses per order.

  • Orders with incomplete or inaccurate address information will not be processed.
