Shipping & Delivery

Handling time is 0–1 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days, while express delivery takes 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping is free. Express shipping is available for £3.99.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return & Refund

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us immediately at enquiries@vitalab.uk with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval and returned to your original payment method.
